ApisHub Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026
App: ApisHub
Android package: com.apishub.live
Website: https://apishub.live
Privacy contact: ansxxi@gmail.com

ApisHub is a local-services, marketplace, help-request, and community platform. The Android application displays the ApisHub service from https://apishub.live inside an Android WebView. This Privacy Policy applies to both the ApisHub website and Android application.

1. Information We Collect

ApisHub collects information that users provide or generate when using the service.

Account and profile information

User-generated content

Technical and session information

ApisHub uses session cookies or similar session technology to keep users signed in and maintain application security. Our server or hosting provider may also process standard technical log information, such as IP address, browser or WebView type, request time, and error information, for security, troubleshooting, and operation of the service.

We do not currently use advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral analytics in the reviewed ApisHub server code.

2. Camera and Photo Access

ApisHub may let users choose photos from their device or take a new photo for a marketplace listing or other user-created content. Camera or photo access is requested only when the user chooses a feature that needs it. Selected or captured photos are uploaded to the ApisHub server and stored as part of the submitted content.

ApisHub does not need continuous or unrestricted access to the entire photo library. The Android app should use the Android system photo picker or document picker so users can select only the photos they choose. Camera permission should be requested only when the user selects a camera option.

3. How We Use Information

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Some information is intended to be visible to other ApisHub users, including services, requests, listings, photos, public posts, reviews, and other marketplace or community content.

Email addresses, telephone numbers, and addresses are hidden by default in the reviewed application code unless a user chooses to share them or sharing is necessary for an approved transaction or job workflow.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information to other users when a user intentionally publishes content, sends a message, accepts a job, approves a marketplace action, or enables a profile-sharing option; to service providers working on our behalf; when legally required; or in connection with a transfer of the service.

The web app may load technical resources such as web fonts from third-party content providers. Those providers may receive standard request information such as an IP address and browser information.

6. Data Storage and Security

Account information, user-generated content, messages, and uploaded photos are stored on ApisHub-controlled server infrastructure and in a PostgreSQL database.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including password hashing, authenticated sessions, access controls, and HTTPS for production traffic. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information and user-generated content while an account is active and as needed to provide ApisHub. After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes, agreement enforcement, or normal backup schedules.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their ApisHub account and associated data.

In-app: ApisHub must provide a clear account-deletion option inside the app before the Google Play production release.

Web: Visit https://apishub.live/delete-account.html or email ansxxi@gmail.com. Include the email address used for the account. We may require verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

9. Children's Privacy

ApisHub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. International Users

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Applicable privacy rights may vary by location.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or withdraw consent for certain processing. Contact ansxxi@gmail.com. Identity verification may be required.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, data practices, legal requirements, or service providers change. The updated policy will be posted with a new effective date.
